| Dr. Ibe |
President
Buhari has approved the appointment of Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, GMD of Nigerian National
Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). Dr. Ibe before his appointment was the Exec. Vice
chairman and General Counsel of Exxon-Mobil (Africa). Dr. Kachikwu hails from
Onicha-Ugbo in Delta State.
He
graduated with a first category degree of Law from the University of Nigeria,
Nsukka and also the Nigerian Law School. He additionally bags a Masters and
Doctorate Degree in Law from the Harvard Law school.
Dr.
Ibe is to replace Dr. Joseph Thlama Dawha.

Prof.
Danbatta holds a Doctorate Degree in Electronic Engineering. He has been
appointed as Exec. Vice chairman and Chief Executive of the Nigerian
Communications Commission replacing Dr. Eugene Juwah whose time in office
expired on 29th of July 2015.
