Buhari Advocates For The Addition Of Two Islamic Books In Curriculum

President Muhammadu Buhari has publicly recommended the addition of two Islamic studies books in the curriculum of all federal colleges.
Reports from Vanguard states that President Buhari made this known over the weekend in Kaduna while launching the re-issued editions of late Justice Muhammad Bashir Sambo books that were first published in 1974.

Kaduna state Governor Nasir El-Rufai, who ably represented the president emphasized the importance of studying such books of this nature by Nigerians would restructure the decrease in moral and religious values in the country while ordering the Ministry of Education to do a review of how to include them in the curriculum of all government colleges.

This singular action has stirred up a lot of controversies on social media, especially when he had been tagged “a religious fanatic” before emerging as president.

Is this to confirm the fears of the Christian folks that Nigeria would be Islamised once Buhari becomes president?
