Dream Team's Dream Stopped At All African Games

Samson Siasia's team fell to a shocking defeat in the All Africa Games Football semi-final to Burkina Faso.

Burkina Faso took their chances well and made every one count while the dream team wasted most of theirs which cost them dearly.

Burkina Faso went ahead in the 12th minute after defender Seth Sincere put the ball into his own net, Burkina Faso doubled their lead in the 73rd minute through Omar Kobore before Nigerian substitute Etor Daniel reduced the margin in the 75th minute.

Burkina Faso however, made the game out of reach for the Nigerian team when they increased their lead in the 78th minute to squash any dream of a comeback.

Burkina Faso will now face Senegal who defeated hosts Cong in the other semi-final on Tuesday.
