Popular Yoruba Actor, Ajigijaga, Dies At 60

Popular Yoruba actor, Mufutau Adio popularly known as Ajigijaga has died. The 60-year-old actor is known for crime boss roles in Yoruba movies.

Also fondly called 'Broken Bottle' by Yoruba movies lovers, the dark-skinned actor died at his Lagos residence yesterday, Friday 31, July, 2015 after a severe motorcycle accident about two weeks ago.

Saheed Balogun said, “The death of Ajigijaga came as a rude shock to me. He had a motorcycle accident
about two weeks ago and was nursing the injuries. He was responding to treatment and was already talking before he died early Friday morning. His death is a huge loss to the industry because he was a very talented actor.”
