Police say he overtly raped a lady who applied for the task
of a nurse.
Investigators in Florida aforesaid she thought she was being
employed as a nursing assistant.
But instead was dismayed to discover that she had instead met
a person whom police say pretends to be a doctor and touched her
inappropriately.
Police arrested Howard Harlib on Thursday on charges of battery
and engaging in medical practice without a license, consistent with Local 10 News.
The station aforesaid the lady told police Harlib asked her weird
questions “such as whether she would be uncomfortable if a patient masturbated
in front of her or touched her breasts”.
She had arrived at Howard’s home and after the briefest of conversations; Howard apparently began "touching her breasts and pushing a thermometer
between her buttocks over her clothing, claiming to be demonstrating the proper
way to take a temperature rectally”.
Local 10 News according the shocked girl told Howard she was
uncomfortable and left the house.
Howard later told detectives that he only touched her arm
when he meet her.
Amazingly, police confirmed Howard is already presently on
probation for an equivalent charges from associate earlier incident.
