Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, took to his Facebook page to show case pictures of GIRLS WHO CODE on internship at the Facebook headquarters. The programme is geared at nurturing girls who have flare for coding.
He said on his page that:
"We are glad to support important efforts like this to improve diversity in the tech industry. Research has shown that diverse teams achieve better result. We can build more diverse teams achieve better result. We can build more diverse technical teams by making sure very one has the opportunity to learn code.
