A
94-year-old man Robert Lehnert has been arrested and charged with sexually
assault of a 73-year-old Woman.

It’s
alleged that he assaulted her at her home in Denver County, Colorado, earlier
this month. The case has been put before the courts in Denver, Colorado with
Court evidence that he apologized to the victim and that partial
confession was used to get enough charge against him, according to Denver CBS
Local.
He
was arrested earlier this week and has been released from custody on a $50,000
bond.
He is scheduled to appear in court on February 5
for further hearing of the case.
