Transgender Lady Accused Of Raping 15-Year-Old Girl Before She Changed Sex From Male To Female

A transgender lady allegedly raped a 15-year-old woman before ever-changing sex from male to female.

Davina Ayrton, now 34, is suspected of raping a person in Portsmouth in 2004, when she was still a male.

The alleged victim aforementioned the alleged attack 'was over quickly however felt like it was forever' which Ayrton, aged around twenty five at the time, acted as if nothing had happened.

In a police interview that was played to Portsmouth Crown Court, the alleged victim who is currently in her 20s, said: ‘He just lay on top of me, it must have been seconds but it felt like it was minutes. 'He just sat up as if it was nothing.’

In the interview, the alleged victim explained how she couldn't oppose the attack as a result of one arm was unfree against the rear of the seat. Ayrton who the court discovered had medium-length greasy brown hair at the time allegedly held down the other arm.

The alleged victim said she ‘couldn’t breathe’ as Ayrton kissed her. ‘I’m sure there was a point I went to slap him but I couldn’t move my arm,’ she disclosed on the video.

She added: ‘I said "get off me". I said it three or four times. It was more his weight on me at that point. That’s when he was kissing my face, slobbering on my face.. I couldn’t breathe.’

The alleged victim aforementioned Ayrton then sat down picked one thing off the ground and left. Each had been drinking, the court was told.
