As
Governor Chibuike Amaechi of Rivers state clocks 50 years today. Different wishes has been sent
from friends and political associates but one could not but notice the one from
Phrank Shaibu the coordinator, public communications and strategy.
His
advert dressed the Governor in an armor to showcase him as a warrior that has
survived against all odds.
