Senate President Bukola Saraki has condemned the violence that followed the supplementary election in Southern Ijaw Bayelsa State.
The senator took to his social media accounts to openly condemn that act and commiserate with people that might have lost a loved one .
He said : ''I commiserate with those that lost a loved one & also commiserate with law enforcement officers who were affected in violence in Bayelsa''.
''Regardless of what political party we belong, we must all stand against the violence, @PoliceNG must charge the perpetrators to court''.
''Regardless of what party you support. Your blood/life is not worth any political ambition. Support law enforcement 2 apprehend perpetrators''.
