The
ethics committee of FIFA has banned Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini from
football for eight years.
The
ruling in Zurich on Monday came after the two most powerful men in football
were suspended pending a criminal investigation into a money transfer that
Blatter approved for Platini in 2011 but both men have denied any wrongdoing.
