Pastor T.B. Joshua To Be Arraigned In Court Today Over Death Of 116 Persons In Church Building Collapse

Following the incident of a building collapse in Synagogue Church of all Nations in September 2014,Pastor T.B Joshua along with some engineers will be arraigned before a Lagos State High court today 30th of november 2015 in Ikeja.

According to a statement by the Deputy Director, Public Affairs of the Lagos State Ministry of Justice, Bola Akingbade,Pastor T.B Joshua and his engineers Oladele Ogundeji and Akinbella Fatiregun would be arraigned before Justice Akapo Lawal.
The collapse which caused the death of 116 people which included foreigners and locals indicted the engineers and recommended them for investigation and prosecution for criminal negligence by  a Coroner Inquest set up by the Lagos state governmentthou they had last year filed a suit asking a court to stop the police from inviting, arresting or prosecuting them over the death of the 116 victims.
