Lagos High Court Deny Saraki’s Application To Stop His CCT Trial

A Federal High Court in Lagos has thrown out the suit by Senate President Saraki,to stop his arrest, prosecution and trial at the Code of Conduct tribunal in Abuja. Justice Ibrahim Buba,the presiding judge, said that the court lacks jurisdiction to hear the application.
